We are the Magic Whisk, an artisan microbakery based in St Austell. With over 10 years of experience working in some of London’s best pastry kitchens we started our little bakery in May 2023. We offer anything from classic patisserie like lemon meringue tarts, basque cheesecake and canele to more alternative flavours like milk bread donuts, honey butter japanese toast and chocolate babka.
